This is Barbara Foster pictured with her 11 year old dog Annie, a Jack Russell. She is a graduate of the Pooch Parlor Pet Groomer Academy and is the shop manager for the Oldtown location. She has been grooming for 9 years. She lives in Priest River with her fiancé and her granddaughter Ashland, who is 8. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors and loves taking her RV out for a fun camping weekend. Her grooming specialties are Shih Tzu’s and Golden Retrievers. She is also fantastic at decorating the shop for holidays. She is our ‘most experienced groomer’ having been with the shop almost since its inception.

This is Sara Goss, Sara shows and breeds exceptional quality Smooth Fox Terriers. She lives with her husband, 16 year old daughter, and 8 of her terriers on her farm in Oldtown , Idaho. She is a full-time groomer in the Oldtown location. Her grooming specialties are terriers and poodles. She is our ‘most creative groomer’ coming up with the fashion show and dog hair dying ideas.

This is Loretta, aka Lori. She is 25 and graduated from the Pooch Parlor Pet Groomer Academy in early 2007 and has been a full-time groomer ever since. She specializes in cat grooming. She loves to groom mini poodles, shih tzus, and schnauzers the most. Lori is our 'happiest' groomer. She is not our fastest groomer, but she always turns out great quality work. Lori lives close to the shop and often walks to work. She lives with her three cats and enjoys visiting with her friends and family in her off-time.

Chelsea M is from Huntington Beach California. She has spent the last few years living in Montana where she graduated from high school. She graduated with her Advanced Professional Certification in dog groom from the Pooch Parlor Pet Groomer Academy in March 2011. She is a full time groomer for the Pooch Parlor and enjoys living in Sandpoint. She spends her extra time experiencing the outdoors, being an avid snowboarder, and wakeboarder. She is always ready for adventure and new experiences. She loves working with animals and looks forward to being able to travel, using her pet grooming certification along the way. Chelsea specializes in laberdoodles, bichons, and hard to handle coats.

This is DuAnn Lustig-Chambers pictured here in the Ponderay Pooch Parlor with Greta Marie, her 2 year old mini schnauzer, Montee, her 6 year old standard poodle, and Marli - an 8 year old Rotti cross. DuAnn is the founder of the Pooch Parlor in Oldtown and Ponderay. She is the current owner of the Ponderay location and the primary training instructor. She lives in Priest River, Idaho with her husband of 18 years, Micheal Chambers. She trains students in Ponderay Mon, Wed, and Fridays in Ponderay. In her spare time she enjoys teaching fitness classes, writing for the Academy, and remodeling homes for Git 'er Done Construction. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Washington in Seattle, and her certification in Pet Grooming from the Nevada Dog Grooming School in Las Vegas NV. She has been the owner and trainer for the Pooch Parlor Pet Groomer Academy since 1998. Her school is currently the only licensed and bonded grooming school through the State of Idaho Board of Education.
